With his professional training and expertise, Luis has dedicated himself to educating learners on issues of race and racism, and providing anti-racist services to Black and Brown communities.

Luis's background includes a Master of Public Administration (MPA) and an LMSW, which have prepared him to work with individuals, families, and communities in various settings. He is a serious and dedicated professional, with a deep commitment to helping those who have been marginalized and oppressed.

In addition to his clinical work, Luis is a sought-after speaker and workshop facilitator, focusing on topics related to race, racism, and social justice. His passion for this work is rooted in his personal and professional experiences as a Latino man, born in Harlem, NYC, who understands the challenges people of color face in society. Luis is fluent in Spanish and takes pride in being part of the Latino community.
