About Zoe

In addition to professional speaking and training, Zoe is an experienced healer, therapist, university professor. Zoe is passionate about personal development and goal achievement through mindfulness, resilience, transformation, and spirituality. Zoe also focuses on issues specific to Latinx populations, and issues related to racial trauma for BIPOC communities.
